Total disappointment. We went to Jumby Bay and left totally disappointed. AC first night did not work, Luke warm temp on our showers. Complained and it was fixed day 2 then again Day 3 same issue. After getting frustrated, I asked staff to get GM involved. Day of check out he didn't know the issue was still happening and no staff communicated to him.
Definitely not work the value you pay for. After being in alot of the top hotels around the world , I'm very surprised how this can be one of the top.
